I have recived an outragous bill. I was never advised that when I changed my service to a different type that I had to pay for almost two months in advance. During the time that I changed my service for two months I have had overages. This is somthing I never had before. I had change before but was advised I did not need that many minutes. A couple of months after changing I went over for 2 months going on the suggestion of one of the verizon reps. Unfair and terrible for a good customer.

I notice that Verizn is still showing that my payment due is $319.50. This is high way robery. Why is it still that amount after I made a payment of $200.00 + $50+ within the past three weeks?

This is the worst I have ever experienced with any company. I was charged hundreds of dollars for so called third party texing although I never received or sent texes. I payed it because I can not fight a big GIANT like VERIZON. I will pay $66.53 by 5/21 and discontinue the service.

I will also discontinue my home service; internet and everything once my contract expires. I am running as far as possible from Verion and may encourage my friends and relatives to do so. I have never been ripped off like this before.

I will surely seek legal action if that balance of $319.50 is not removed immediately.

One more payment and I don't want to hear or see the bad word VERIZON again.
