    I am completely unsatisfied with Verizon and I do not think verizon should have brought on the iphone due to their incapable staff and owners who do not know how to make customers happy. I have a new contract and just found out after getting the $200 for my birthday to buy an iphone that I can not upgrade my account till April 2012. I think this company should allow their customers teh frrdome to upgrade their account when it is convient for the customer not the company. Due to this terrible flaw in verison buisness ethics when my contract is up I plan on moving to your competitor At&t... More...
