    I just purchased a phone and plan through Verizon wireless and it's going horrible. My old device deactivated itself when I got home and I cannot deactivate my new device, but neither of my phones actually have service now. I tried fixing throriblemthrough the phone and through the online links and websites and information island processes it took me through. Still each step I took never helped or did anything but tell me I didn't have access or I just can't do anything about it.   • iphone verizon order

    I was happy with my verizon account until yesterday June 12th. I was surprised by my husband with $200 to get myself an iphone since he could not find one himself. Upon attempting to order this new gadget I was informed that we are unable to upgrade until April 2012. I understand that these are the verizon terms for this phone however i am here to give you some tips on how to satisfy your customers and beat At&t in the iphone sales.   • wrongful billing

    I have recived an outragous bill. I was never advised that when I changed my service to a different type that I had to pay for almost two months in advance. During the time that I changed my service for two months I have had overages. This is somthing I never had before. I had change before but was advised I did not need that many minutes. A couple of months after changing I went over for 2 months going on the suggestion of one of the verizon reps. Unfair and terrible for a good customer. More...
