  • Servicing and Website Operations

I just purchased a phone and plan through Verizon wireless and it's going horrible. My old device deactivated itself when I got home and I cannot deactivate my new device, but neither of my phones actually have service now. I tried fixing throriblemthrough the phone and through the online links and websites and information island processes it took me through. Still each step I took never helped or did anything but tell me I didn't have access or I just can't do anything about it. It said I needed to be an account manager, sent that request and th account manager had on file... More...

  • iphone

I am completely unsatisfied with Verizon and I do not think verizon should have brought on the iphone due to their incapable staff and owners who do not know how to make customers happy. I have a new contract and just found out after getting the $200 for my birthday to buy an iphone that I can not upgrade my account till April 2012. I think this company should allow their customers teh frrdome to upgrade their account when it is convient for the customer not the company. Due to this terrible flaw in verison buisness ethics when my contract is up I plan on moving to your competitor At&t... More...

  • iphone verizon order

I was happy with my verizon account until yesterday June 12th. I was surprised by my husband with $200 to get myself an iphone since he could not find one himself. Upon attempting to order this new gadget I was informed that we are unable to upgrade until April 2012. I understand that these are the verizon terms for this phone however i am here to give you some tips on how to satisfy your customers and beat At&t in the iphone sales. As a current verzion customer i was under the impression that when the iphone was avaliable we could upgrade to it when it was convient for me not verizon.... More...

  • wrongful billing

I have recived an outragous bill. I was never advised that when I changed my service to a different type that I had to pay for almost two months in advance. During the time that I changed my service for two months I have had overages. This is somthing I never had before. I had change before but was advised I did not need that many minutes. A couple of months after changing I went over for 2 months going on the suggestion of one of the verizon reps. Unfair and terrible for a good customer. More...

I live in the country near Wilmington, OH. I bought a tablet with the intent of using it to provide myself with internet service. I only received 1 or 2 bars with it. The tablet is heavy and hurts my thumb joints. The screen would fade in and out. I tried it for 10 days and decided to return it. I opted for another "stick". This stick is my third stick. I DO get 2 or 3 bars, however, it seems very unstable already. I do like the clip for the top of the computer, since I use the laptop on my lap. I felt very pressured when I bought the tablet. (later found out there was a contest going on for the employees) I was shocked to find out that there was a "restocking fee" to return the tablet. My husband was aware though. I am upset that what credits I did get, would only be put on our cell phone updates. As far as I am concerned if I never go to the Verizon store again, it will be too soon. Some suggestions: Have a little corner where the salespeople can instruct the potential buyers how to work a product. I didn't appreciate other sales people commenting and looking over my shoulder. Have the salesmen SHOW how to work a product, not do it in a hurry themselves.
I was on the phone with your tech people several times and they were all very helpful. The last woman, Regina, was the best....she actually said because I live in the country, I should have been directed to the stick in the first place. Where I live, apparently there are no plans to build any towers in the future. She helped me through some very stressful situations. After talking to her I decided to change back to the stick. I admit that I am not familiar with all the new tech products. I am 69 years old and can remember when we didn't have a TV. I enjoy my computer and understand the basics. I did figure out the tablet, but decided it wasn't for me. thanks for letting me air my dissapointment in Verizon.
